Do I need to be technical?
No. We build, connect and maintain everything. You approve the plan, answer a short onboarding form, and see results on your phone.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
Our agents sound natural and are upfront if asked. You choose the greeting, the tone, and when calls or chats go straight to a person.
Does it work with my software?
We connect to Google Calendar, common CRMs like HubSpot, field service software like Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan, booking tools, and payment systems. If yours isn’t listed, ask.
How long does setup take?
An AI receptionist or a set of automations is usually live in 1–2 weeks. Custom agents and full systems take 2–4 weeks depending on what we connect.
Who owns my data?
