Questions

About the AI receptionist

What happens with emergencies?

You decide what counts as an emergency. Those calls get flagged and sent to you or your on-call person right away. For safety issues like a gas smell, the receptionist tells callers to leave and call 911.

Can calls ring me first?

Yes. Many owners have calls ring them first and only go to the receptionist after a few rings, after hours, or when busy.

Are there per-minute fees?

Plans include plenty of minutes for a typical business. If you get close to the limit, we tell you before anything changes on your bill.
